* Only requests related to blue bins for recycling and green bins for organics that are the property of the City of Pointe-Claire will be processed.

* When requesting a replacement or repair, confirmations will be sent on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday. The bin must be placed at the curb Wednesday evening, empty, visible and accessible.
