Welcome to USD Global's request form for repair, replacement or new recycling bin.
If your request concerns a black or brown bin, please visit www.sherbrooke.ca/bins.
Important information
- When requesting a repair or replacement, you will receive an e-mail or text message between 24 and 48 hours before the service team's visit.
- Be sure to place the bin to be repaired or replaced at the curb or near the street, clearly visible and without any obstructions.
- Be sure that the bin to be repaired or replaced is empty so that the service can be performed.
- f you have more than one request for repair, replacement, or an additional bin, you must create a separate request for each bin.
Guidelines for multi-dwellings and condominiums
- Only building owners, managers or janitors are authorized to request bin repairs or replacements.
- New construction: only buildings with 8 units or less can be served by bins.
- Buildings with 9 units or more: contact your borough office to obtain a container.
Instructions for industries, businesses and institutions
- Enter the name of your company or organization in the “Notes - Additional information” section on the fourth page of the form.
Treatment of personal information
The personal information you provide as part of your request will be hosted directly on this platform so that the company can offer you the service of repairing, replacing or obtaining a recycling bin.
Once transmitted, your personal information will be subject to USD Global's privacy policy.
Please note that if you do not consent to the transmission of your personal information, the company will not be able to provide the service of replacing, repairing or obtaining a recycling bin.
Please note that under the agreement between the City of Sherbrooke and Éco Entreprise Québec, the City remains responsible for customer service related to the collection of recyclable materials. City staff assigned to citizen requests will therefore have access to your information for the sole purpose of fulfilling this obligation.
